Nike Manager, Creative, Icon Studios, Marketing, GC in Shanghai, China

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate creative professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our Studio Creative team. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp creative eye, a deep understanding of premium brand aesthetics, and the ability to support production at scale - balance creative excellence with efficient execution.

As a hands-on leader, you will help set the standard for Nike’s visual identity in Greater China around product photography and e-commerce, while mentoring and guiding a team of creatives to deliver work that is bold, thoughtful, and aligned with Nike's brand values.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Manager of Studio Creative, you will oversee the creative team’s daily operations and deliverables, ensuring all content meets Nike’s uncompromising brand standards while addressing business needs.

You will:

Lead a team of studio creatives, including designers, and set design specialists, delivering e-commerce content, live streaming visuals, and other creative formats; at scale.

Drive consistency and quality across all visual content, ensuring alignment with Nike's global brand direction while catering to the unique needs of the China market.

Partner with Studio Styling and Production teams to execute creative projects with agility and precision, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

Support the Director of Studio Creative in defining and refining ICON.SH’s creative processes, workflows, and systems.

Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams to align on creative strategies and business objectives.

Act as a mentor to the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report directly to the Director of Studio Creative and collaborate closely with:

Studio leadership teams across Styling, Production, Post-Production, Operations, and Business Planning.

Internal cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Marketplace, Merchandising, and Technology.

External vendors and creative partners as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

8+ years of experience in creative production, preferably within fashion, sports, or lifestyle brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photography, design, production at scale.

Proven ability to balance creative ambition with operational efficiency in fast-paced environments.

Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring creative teams.

Deep understanding of visual trends and consumer preferences, particularly in the China market.

Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, or related field preferred.
