Job Description

As Manager/Asst Mgr of digital innovation (CRM) in Allergan, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic CRM programs and membership campaigns with the goal of increasing Allergan consumer loyalty and 2B business contribution.

You will also use your interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative working relationships with cross functional teams to ensure the business objectives. The candidate with self-motivated, solution maker and you are the best candidate for this position.

  1. Develop CRM strategy and action plan with precise operation based on membership grades. Lead new membership loyalty program and B2B2C consumer campaign to acquire new members, maintain existing members, increase high-value member’s ARPU and trigger more sales contribution to company.

  2. Responsible for formulating implementation plans on B2B2C campaign related work based on the core strategy, make sure the plan is executed successfully by following company guideline and internal process requirement as well as fully cooperate the commercial process internally and externally.

  3. Design and implement new loyalty program and seasonal premium campaigns for high-value membership grades, to enhance the cooperation with B customer and enhance member stickiness with the thinking of B2B2C business model.

  4. Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (regional ADI team, sales team, legal & compliance, brand mkt team, commercial team, SFE, business IT etc.) and manage external agencies on consumer insights, membership program implement & execution, membership activation, to achieve the business target.

  5. Data insight and presentation/training: deliver consumer insights and tracking reports periodically internal (mainly sales team) to encourage more participation and cooperation with campaign optimization mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and above

  • Minimum 6 years of CRM/SCRM experience

  • Strong data analysis capacity and experience on high-value consumer campaign and management

  • Good campaign management skills and strong ownership

  • Experience working in Healthy industry, medical device or FMCG. B2B2C brands is a plus.
