For our LCC team, we are looking for a Logistics Project Manager_Warehouse to help us drive LCC Team within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

Logistic Competence Center (LCC) is a vital business partner of Siemens DI China, specializing in logistics operation services and solutions for both internal and external customers throughout the end-to-end delivery chain. We implement comprehensive quality control and operation management processes for all logistics functions, including warehouse management, transportation management, packaging, material planning, and project business logistics management. Through close collaboration with key partners such as Sales Unit, Business Unit, Order Management, SCM, and Operation Center, LCC drives performance management and digitalization across the entire delivery chain. Our vision is to leverage our systematic and professional logistics services to provide a competitive advantage to DI China and create value for our customers in the end.

You'll make an impact by

  • Strategic thinking and know-how for E2E delivery performance improving through root cause identification and solution design

  • Driving/supporting logistic related projects to cover all related business needs in DI CN to enable sales growth and provide superior experience to customers (focus on warehouse tender project & warehouse implementation project, etc.)

  • Seeking opportunity and driving for cost, productivity, and performance optimization through innovative and digital solution and technology

  • Overall monitoring and improving warehouse performance for DI China

  • Inquiry and negotiate for competitive service rate based on customer requirement and be act as a logistic expert to find optimized solution for customers

  • To be warehouse process / WMS function professional to lead warehouse CIP improvement activities focusing on warehouse process via VSM, VSD method to reflect on productivity

  • To participant Warehouse contract negotiation and management to ensure from procurement to payment all defined process in compliance

  • To be responsible for warehouse package management

Your defining qualities

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management, 2 years in project management experience

  • Participant warehouse tender or warehouse relocation project is preferred

  • Warehouse package engineering

  • Logistics cost engineering Bachelor’s degree or above, major in logistics or industrial engineering, related disciplines

  • Good oral and written English skill

  • Good logic thinking

  • Down to earth and detail oriented with problem-solving skills

  • Passion for logistics, warehousing, transportation, and willingness to embrace challenges

  • Other key competences as below: CIP/VSM/VSD, E2E deliver chain & logistics management process know-how, influencing with good communication skill, execution, and driving for results
