Position Summary
LFP battery system development
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Elicitation of technical stakeholder requirements and clarification with customers
Management of system requirements based on ASPICE and internal process
Definition of the battery system architecture in cooperation with other R&D departments
Define detailed specification of system functions.
Lead task-force to solve system problems during different development phase
Support the technical coordination of development projects on high-voltage battery systems
Align on system interfaces with other R&D departments
Presentation of system solutions to internal and external stakeholders
Support in defining validation concepts and reviewing test reports
Perform methodical analysis (D-FMEA)
Safety:
This position will adhere to safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the BorgWarner Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires. This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers. In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.

Requirements / Qualifications
Technical understanding on battery systems.
Familiar with hardware and software architecture of battery systems.
Familiar with battery pack integration concept and product
More than 3 years of system development experience of Li-battery
Knowledge of cell characteristics is preferred.
