Lead the logistic team to provide efficient & effective mangement of warehouse & logistic service. In accordance with the OTC-principles and guidelines, respecting the boundaries of the supply conditions and focussing on customer satisfaction. Support Import and export activities in compliance.

Your key responsibilities

• Set up KPI for the service provider to get efficient & effective working process.

• Effectively handle import and export customs affairs in compliance, lead the team to provide solutions for business.

• Warehouse management and 3PL vendor management are required.

• Process deliveries by allocating manually or automatically batches for each industry subject to customers’ specific requirements.

• Adhere to segregation of duties and SHE guidelines. Closely cooperation with TSC/TSA/SHE manager on the safety loading/unloading best practices, etc.

• As 3rd party service what usually used, vendors management skill is required.

You bring

• Minimum 3 years experience in related fields: import & export/ warehouse and logistics

• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP system, preferable SAP.

• Commercial skills.

• Colleague or university graduate, or equivalent experience in SCM/ Logistics related field

• Language: Good English reading and writing skills.

• Experience in customs affairs in the food industry
