<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>

<p>- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse LCL operations, with a professional background in logistics or supply chain management.</p>

<p>- Familiar with warehouse management processes, including but not limited to receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.</p>

<p>- Proficient in warehouse management system (WMS) and office software (excel/google sheet etc)</p>

<p>- Strong leadership skills and team management experience, able to motivate and coach team members.</p>

<p>- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<p>- Ability to accommodate occasional travel to other major port warehouses for audits and employee training.</p>

<p><strong>Main duty:</strong></p>

<p>- Manage and supervise warehouse consolidation operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.</p>

<p>- Develop and implement warehouse operating standards and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.</p>

<p>- Conduct regular warehouse audits to ensure operations comply with company policies and industry standards.</p>

<p>- Train and coach warehouse employees to improve their professional skills and work performance.</p>

<p>- Work with internal and external teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve customer satisfaction.</p>

<p>- Monitor warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs) and take necessary actions to achieve goals.</p>
