Job Title: Lab Technician-Electronics
Summary:• Prepare lab sample following the guidance of chemist for new product development, quality evaluation and new material qualification
• Execute the evaluation of the sample and prototypes according to internal and customer standards independently
• Document experiment record and data report in a timely and organized manner
• Support EHS, 5S and other lab admin issues
Responsibilities Include:
Carry out lab sample preparations with general supervision from chemist for development of new products& applications of electronic materials such as but not limited to thermal conductive, adhesive, encapsulation and potting
Work on the lab sample evaluation and raw material qualification for existing products independently according to routine laboratory procedures
Record all experimental data and observations by following CTC lab notebook requirements
Provide charts, graphs and written summaries of experimental results to chemist.
Contribute to safe operations and 5S
Provide other lab admin. service such support to procurement order
