此职位负责酒店大话廊管理。职责类似行政酒廊经理，级别相当于FOM。

岗位职责

1.负责酒店大话廊接待和管理工作，熟知前厅、餐饮、宴会服务设施的功能，处于完好状态。

2.督导下属，委派工作任务，明确岗位责任，随时调整工作部署。

3.保持良好的客际关系，能独立有效地处理宾客投诉。

4.协助酒店与更高一级领导处理突发事件。

岗位要求

1.大专以上学历。

2.熟悉酒店前厅、餐饮、宴会的经营管理工作，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。

3.督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管。

4.有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的每月工作计划。

5.英语对话流利，有较强的协调管理能力。
