Finance controlling, accounting, and reporting:
Ensures integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all financial statements; explains financial results and the implications for the business to management
Reviews and ensures accuracy of B/S Account Reconciliations (BSAR); implements corrective actions; proactively investigates and explains variances; ensures timely completion of financial reporting requirements
Approves and reviews Purchase Orders (PO), and proceed accrual upon status
Processes Intercompany charge and reconciliations
Understands how business processes and transactions are integrated into accounting, including tax implications and the impact on legal and management submissions; informs business partners on accounting requirements in decision making; demonstrates thorough understanding of JNJ World-Wide Procedures
Budgeting, FP&A
Effectively performs and demonstrates ownership of the forecasting process; challenge assumptions and status-quo
Engages business partners and collaborates to build the budget, mitigating risks
Creates actionable data-rich reports (OPEX, FA, HC etc.), and reviews with business partners; simplifies complex information to drive action
Partnering
Supports global and local management review of China performance with business insights highlighted
Supports objective fact-based decisions with the best information available; weighs alternative choices; makes information clear and simple for stakeholders
Maintains and enhances effective cross-functional business partnerships through demonstrated integrity and Credo-Based decisions; identifies and addresses additional business partner needs; educates business partners on value creation and accounting
Identifies and communicates key risks; evaluates the financial impact of different what-if scenarios; minimizes negative impact; challenges the status quo to do things better and faster
Compliance
- Builds strong compliance environment; identifies areas of potential weakness; recommends and implements solutions; proactively demonstrates responsibility for compliance requirements specific to functional area
Projects
Leads the development and implementation of complex projects that have implications across the business, project management
Takes leadership role in special projects of organization culture building, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives
Operation excellence
Identifies process improvement opportunities; implements best practices and industry trends
Approves Purchase Requisitions upon budget and business needs
Support on internal/external audit, treasury, dividends, tax related tasks and projects
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelors or Equivalent Other Major in finance and accounting related field
Required Years of Related Experience: 4-5+ Years Other Professional certification (e.g. CICPA, AICPA, ACCA, CGMA)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Uncompromised requirements for the role):
(Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (both US and PRC GAAP) and corporate internal control.
Strong ability to adapt to change, quick learner. Be proficient on analytical skill, good at communication and partnering.
Familiarity with SAP and/or system working framework. Good at Excel and PPT. Read, write and speak English fluently.
