Director, KAM - RT Mart

The Coca-Cola Company, a globally recognized and iconic brand, is in search of a strategic and proactive CCMG KAM Director , to lead our organization's sales and customer account management activities, specifically for RT Mart. What You'll Do for Us:

  • Account development planning to retain and expand current customer relationships, as well as ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution to retain customers.

  • Identifying customer business requirements by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.

  • Develop short to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.

  • Ensure best in class execution with customers to build industry reputation.

  • Develop a strategic roadmap of collaboration and bring them to life through networked partnerships with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

  • Design and implement a toolkit (POS visibility, media, bespoke marketing programs) to drive heightened incidence with the partners.

  • Analyze large data sets to distill actionable insights from data and convey findings to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Execute the investment plan against identified strategic imperatives with financial analysis, breakeven, and ROI estimations.

  • Lead key channel specific shopper/customer insight development to build a strong insights and analytics base for channel planning and execution.

  • Proactively work with CCMG team, Marketing, Franchise & Commercial Leadership, Bottlers to pioneer a seamless approach on winning in market and capabilities buildings.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry and sales/marketing, proven record of key account management.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer business requirements and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.

  • Experience in developing short to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.

  • Proven ability to design and implement toolkits (POS visibility, media, bespoke marketing programs) to drive heightened incidence with partners.

  • Experience in executing investment plans against identified strategic imperatives with financial analysis, breakeven, and ROI estimations.

  • Experience in leading key channel specific shopper/customer insight development to build a strong insights and analytics base for channel planning and execution.
