岗位职责：

一、市场活动的设计和实施

1. 根据市场营销计划，设计市场活动。通过跨部门沟通和协作确保市场活动的有效执行。

2. 具有较强的项目管理能力

二、KOL 管理

1. 积极主动与客户建立良好的合作关系。

2、按照市场策略不断提升客户观念

三、市场分析

1. 分析市场环境，评估市场重要事件影响。提供销售分析、竞争对手、市场活动以及客户反馈信息等市场相关报告以明确产品市场定位，建议和发展市场策略以增加销售业绩

五、培训

1. 解决销售人员在市场活动中遇到的问题并实施培训，并为新进员工开展产品培训以增强销售人员对产品相关信息的说明能力

任职资格：

1、教育：大学本科以上学历，医药学背景优先，有肿瘤领域经验/新产品上市经验为佳。

2、技能：

● 能够独立完成产品的市场营销计划；

● 数据分析能力；

● 具有优秀的演讲技巧，能够独立、准确的进行与产品及市场营销活动相关的说明；

● 优秀的沟通能力，包括中英文的书面及口语；

● 熟练操作Excel、Word、PowerPoint等办公软件。

3、工作经验： 三年以上医药行业品牌/产品经理工作经验。 具有外资企业的工作背景。
