Abbott CRM Executive in Shanghai, China
• Manage Arise SFDC system to enable various teams across the company to realize CRM excellence.
• Provide technical/system support for Arise SFDC. Improve the quality of system performance to secure smooth execution of call/visits with internal & external customers’ satisfaction.
• Work with internal team to deliver 1st line support for sales reps and other system users, focusing on Arise SFDC, and all relevant data extracting support and HCP data cleaning support.
• Provide timely and accurate raw data / analytic for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure commercial relevant system operation and stability.
