参与本省区营销战役设计,制定所在城市群的区域销售计划,同时负责植保及生物制剂产品的销售,完成预定销售目标,促进业务增长,持续提升业务质量。
协助省经理落地公司渠道策略,负责所在城市群中县级客户的开发和管理,利用数字化工具管理城市群中核心县级经销商,促进产品分销,推动业务增长。
负责城市群区域中重要星伙伴门店管理,组织推进相关销售活动。高效完成门店拜访计划,跟进进销存状态,落实产品组合方案,提高零售商网络覆盖,提升门店业绩。
通过数字化工具协调指导业务代表开展销售活动服务,使该区域的销售计划在零售和农户端得以顺利开展并落地执行。
