1.Technical academic studies or comparable education
2.<5 years experience in SQM for dedicated technology
3.Experiences in continous improvement, industrial engineering, production, escalation management
4.Capability to work with different cultures
5.Quality Management (including Quality policies, systems and processes)
6.SQM Processes and Product Life Cycle (PLC)
7.Quality assurance know-how, product safety issues and risk management
8.Management skills, tools and techniques (Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking, etc.)
9.Human relations skills (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking)
10.Communication skills, including Presentation and Negotiation techniques
11.Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques
12.Project management skills, tools and techniques
