Philips Business Marketing Professional Manager, Ultrasound (Pipeline) in Shanghai, China
Your role:
Define and maintain Clinical Roadmaps and contribute into Value Propositions creation and Product Development.
Set-up and maintain clinical roadmap in alignment with product / solution / services roadmaps to allow collection of the evidence from the clinical, technical, and economics perspective for claims substantiation.
In collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders, businesses, and markets, executes clinical claims substantiation as per claims- and proposition roadmaps.
Core team member in NPI projects, ensuring clinical relevance and professional acceptance of value propositions in market Drive Clinical Marketing and Communication Strategy.
Understand the segmentation and key requirements of value space from clinical, medical and health economic perspective through BG, BMC and customer engagements. Brief COE with clinical marketing and communication intake briefs Engage with Key Opinion Leaders.
Establish, maintain, and expand the global network of contacts in the clinical domain, and collaborating on key innovation projects.
Develop publications, clinical white papers, independent clinical investigations, while working with leading researchers and academics to develop post market protocols to support clinical and marketing efforts (both in-house and externally).
Support sales teams during customers visits and demonstration at exhibition Define and Execute Clinical Education Strategy and Transfer of Know-How.
Design the clinical education and provide content for clinical education and training and ensure proper transfer of knowledge on system use (train-the-trainer). Provide content to education materials that are used by customers directly.
Responsible for training the field on the utilization & clinical value of new products. Provide clinical insights for sales education materials.
You're the right fit if:
Typically requires University degree and 10+ years of related experience in the clinical domain from either the clinical or research perspective.
Understands P&L including revenue & margin management.
Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function.
Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports.
Champion growth of marketers across the organization
