Business Assistant (Contractor)

Zhangjiang, shanghai

Support B&C GChina team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain RH’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements . Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.

  • Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications

  • Team support when necessary . Welcome and interact with incoming visitors

  • Support CRM management and leads management (sampling and promotional events)

  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary. Support/ finalize written communication (regular meetings, etc.)

  • Maintain B&C GChina contract documentation and files properly . Comply with HR policies, procedures and DSM values.

    You Bring

  • 3 years’ experience providing support at the management level in MNC

  • High integrity

  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software

  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
