Job Description

负责2B前端商家小程序以及后端CRM系统的端到端建设，打造医美商家一站式注册、采购、运营数字化平台，核心工作职责如下：

1、深入了解医美行业和商家，充分挖掘客户需求，独立完成前端小程序以及PC端CRM系统的产品PRD以及原型设计；

2、跟进产品发布流程，协调和组织项目团队成员以及跨团队成员，如设计、研发以及运营等角色，推动产品全生命周期落地；

3、全链路数据跟踪，打通多系统的数据回传与收集，并建设可视化报表以及数据分析能力，为业务指标分析以及下一步迭代提供数据支撑；

4、独立完成竞品、商家、运营需求调研，针对调研结果产出调研文档，并设计产品方案。

Qualifications

硬技能：

•本科及以上学历

•流利的中英文语言能力，包括读写以及口语沟通

•具备扎实的产品基本功、数据分析能力以及良好的用户端UI设计审美

•有过医美行业经验、CRM产品以及数字化创新产品经验优先

软技能：

•以客户为中心，具备客户sense

•积极主动，团队协作能力强，有良好的跨团队沟通以及协调能力

•具备良好的逻辑能力、学习能力、执行力以及创新思维

•具备处理复杂问题的能力
