Purpose/Objective:Responsible for developing Pathology image related solutions based on marketing requirement communication & system requirement definition technical contact window with global CFT team. Optimize the pathology product’s image output by understanding the mechanism and firmware of pathology product. Also, in charge of Pathology image software product development and maintenance in full product life cycle.

Area of Responsibilities:1. Adapt the functioning procedure of Lecia’s pathology products and comprehend the firmware’s infrastructure to control the hardware of those products.2. Optimize Lecia pathology products’ image quality by enhancing the scanning, denoising and image merge in sample scan process. 3. Works with marketing/product teams to conduct business interviews and research to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.4. Assist software developer to develop pathology image related algorithm to help physicians to make diagnosis fast and precise.5. Collaborate with clients and provide technical insights to create new pathology image related algorithm.6. Compose and manage pathology image related development documents.

Person Specification:1. Bachelor/Master’s in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Biotechnology, Physics or related field with 6+ years of experience.2. Solid knowledge of pathology and how pathology microscope system works.3. Experience operating and programming automated pathology product design.4. Solid programming skills in automation area and module assembling like Matlab, C++, C.5. Proven successful programming role in projects related to medical image processing.6. Good understanding of software development process, preferably for a regulated medical devices environment or Healthcare domain.7. Experience with agile software development is a strong plus.
