Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Be responsible for the operation of LEGO T-mall supermarket and VIP.com, work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive our business across the platforms
Operation - Carry out yearly/monthly/weekly operation plans to drive online sales
Campaign - Collaborate with channel marketing team to execute campaigns to drive sales and enlarge brand awareness
Portfolio - optimize products segmentation for various marketing and sales purpose in line with portfolio strategy and platform specialties
CRM - Make good use of CRM and increase store members and enhance their contributions
Content - Work closely with channel marketing team to deliver good content for traffic acquisition and conversion rate optimization
Data Analysis - Responsible for data analysis, for related weekly, monthly sales and promotion tracking reports, then provide insights and optimization plans

运营规划: 制定店铺年度/月度/周运营规划,促进生意的增长
Campaign: 平台及店铺活动的策划、执行和复盘
Portfolio: 针对不同的推广和销售目的(如活动,付费投放或平台资源)制定选品规划,并根据货品相关数据,优化货品组合
CRM: 优化会员机制,提升店铺会员招募情况及会员销售表现,
Content: 制定店铺内容运营规划,优化店铺视觉以及图文/短视频等内容
数据分析: 分析店铺相关Report,以及UV、客单价及转化率等数据,输出insights和优化方案;
Do you have what it takes?
Minimum 3 years working experience in global company responsible for Tmall flagship store over 200 million GMV per year (VIP.com and toy related industry experience is preferred)
Excellent skills on E-commerce operation including the following modules – traffic acquisition and conversion rate optimization, campaign, portfolio, CRM, etc.
Strong communication skills and be able collaborate efficiently with internal and external partners
Strong data analysis skill and data driven mindset
Detail and result oriented
Bachelor’s degree or above
Good English writing and reading skills
岗位要求:
外资品牌方电商旗舰店运营工作经验3年+(运营模式TP/经销商/品牌自运营均可),单店年生意体量2亿+。Must:有天猫旗舰店运营经验。Plus:有唯品会运营经验,母婴玩具品类工作者优先。
熟悉电商运营规则和玩法:能够独立负责店铺运营计划确认,流量转化优化,活动运营,页面效率优化,货品策略制定和库存管理等。
优秀的沟通和协作能力:能够与内部团队和外部合作伙伴高效沟通。
优秀的数据分析能力&数据敏感度:能够熟练运用Excel等分析工具,对店铺运营数据进行分析和挖掘,确保生意按照目标达成。
注重细节,结果导向
6.本科及以上学历优先
- 英语水平:英文读写水平良好
