Who will you be working with?

Our team is dedicated to ensuring the efficient and effective management of materials essential for our operations. As part of this team, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of equipment, consumables, chemical agents, parts, and tools.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Material team, you will be responsible for the proper receipt, storage, and issuance of various material assets. You will support the organization by maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring material safety and quality, and facilitating efficient order fulfillment processes.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Secondary vocational education.

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions (warehouse management).

  • Experience with ERP systems (1C, Oracle, SAP).

  • Skills in handling documentation, numbers, and calculations.

  • Ability to operate special warehouse equipment (forklifts, small and medium mechanical transport vehicles).

  • Knowledge of traffic rules.

  • Proficiency in PC at an advanced user level.

  • Knowledge of English (conversational level) is desirable.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Receiving, storing, and issuing various material assets: equipment, consumables, chemical agents, parts, tools, etc.

  • Ensuring the safekeeping of stored material assets, adhering to storage regimes to prevent spoilage and loss.

  • Conducting checks for compliance of received/shipped material assets with accompanying documents.

  • Moving material assets to storage locations and sorting them by type, quality, purpose, and other criteria.

  • Assembling batches of material assets according to requisition slips and dispatching them.

What about the physical demands of the job?

  • Standing, observing small writing and labels, climbing, wearing PPE, talking, and hearing are typical physical demands of this role.

You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

Successful candidates will be employed under local employment conditions and must already satisfy local employment/work permit and residency regulations.
