Job Description
Candidates will be performing all custom Tig welding tasks. They will be involved in building water filtration systems and will also assist with cutting metals and operating fabrication equipment as necessary. While the majority of the work involves welding, candidates should be prepared to help in other areas as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform custom Tig welding on schedule 10 - 80 (3/4"- 2") stainless steel pipes.
Build and assemble water filtration systems.
Assist with cutting metals and operating fabrication equipment.
Purge welds as required.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Assist in other areas with assembly, MIG welding, and electrical work as needed.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Tig welding on stainless steel piping.
Ability to pass a 2-3" pipe/butt weld test.
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Willingness to assist in various tasks beyond welding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Open to candidates fresh with a certificate, provided they can pass the weld test.
Experience with 304/316/2205/2207 stainless steel is preferred.
