1st : Press Brake Operator / 4am-12pm / Weekly Pay!

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The role involves operating and inspecting all sheet metal parts processed via a Cincinnati brake press. Candidates will be responsible for considering bend allowances, blueprint call outs, and overall product tolerances. Additionally, you will be changing out tools and dies per orders, using a forklift to move materials, and verifying order completion using production management software. Training will be provided for any aspects you are not already familiar with. Average bends per part range from 2-3, with occasional runs requiring up to 12 bends. Average run sizes are typically 100-200 parts, but can be as large as several thousand. For this role specifically, you will be running about 6,000 parts per order.

• Change out tools and dies per orders.

• Use a forklift to move materials.

• Verify order completion using production management software.

Essential Skills

• Experience with press brake operation.

• Knowledge of manufacturing and machine operation.

• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication.

Work Environment

You will be working in a medium-sized sheet metal job shop that handles a combination of short and long run parts, as well as simple and complex parts. The facility is very modern with a paperless mentality, and everything is digital.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
