The Role
What’s the job?
The primary function of this role is to safely operate the production machines and to support a zero-defect quality system.
Pay starts at $25.03/hour
Hours: Various shifts and hours based on seniority
Annual bonus plan available
Opportunities for frequent OT
1 week of vacation after 6 months of employment; 1 additional week of vacation after 1 year of employment.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $25.03 to $33.26 per hour, plus 2nd shift differential of $.45/hr , and 3 rd shift differential of $.63/hr . This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 7% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $55,700.00 to $74,000.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:
Shift Differentials (i.e. Hourly Rate plus 2nd Shift Differential of $.45/hr; Hourly Rate plus 3rd Shift Differential of $.63/hr)
Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5)
Attendance Incentive for Meeting Company Attendance Requirements
Weekend/Holiday Shift Incentive (Sundays and Holidays are 2.0 times the hourly rate)
