Our client, a leading pharmaceutical and biotech solutions company , is seeking a Technical Writer - Manufacturing Specialist to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technical Specialist , you will be part of the Manufacturing and Quality Operations supporting Manufacturing Management and Associates . The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills , attention to detail , and collaborative teamwork abilities , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Writer - Manufacturing Specialist

Location: 7555 Harmans Road, Severn, MD 21077

Pay Range: $21 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Initiate quality records and conduct deviation investigations.

• Develop, execute, and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

• Revise and manage manufacturing documents such as Batch Records and SOPs.

• Support and/or lead continuous improvement projects.

• Conduct real-time on-the-floor support for operational deviations.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field.

• 4+ years of technical competency in biopharmaceutical manufacturing in a GMP environment.

• Experience with process deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA development.

• Familiarity with equipment such as bioreactors, chromatography skids, and single-use mixers.

• Strong technical writing skills for authoring and revising technical documents.
