GE Healthcare Korea, Services 부서에서 Ultrasound Product의 애프터마켓 서비스 관련, 개선 및 영업, 채널 관리 등의 업무를 담당해주실 차부장급 인재를 채용합니다. 헬스케어/의료기기 관련 경력자를 우대합니다.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Accountable to achieve Services & Solutions sales business for country and for the region. This includes all revenue segments of contract and non-contract elements (Options & Upgrades, digital solutions, accessories, consumables & parts)

  • Manage and motivate service sales team to deliver the desired business outcomeDesign/Execute on country-wide sustainable & profitable growth strategies in order to boost and grow revenue/margins for the country, zone and region

  • Create territory/account plans including opportunity development, competitive strategies and targets for service sales team.

  • Build strong business relationships and formulate account relationship plans within the assigned accounts/ territory. Identify & respond to key account technical and departmental decision makers’ needs to serve the customer needs.

  • Maintain a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.

  • Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data and develop effective counter-strategies.

  • Work collaboratively with AKA services growth managers to plan and execute on growth programs

  • Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of their product/solution/services. Be able to present and discuss the value proposition and benefits which are relevant to customers.

  • Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product/solutions/services.

  • Differentiate assigned product/service offerings during the various stages of the sales process, effectively using GE resources and approved marketing and promotion materials to actively support the customer through their decision-making process towards a successful outcome for GE.

  • Represent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote product/solution/services and company.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of working experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field

  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach

  • Ability to lead & execute the business strategies and to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent negotiation & closing skill

Preferred Qualifications (우대사항)

  • 의료기기 Product 관련 PM/AM 경력

  • 서비스 Product 관련 경험 매우

  • Digital Solution 관련 프로젝트 경험

  • 다양한 전략/프라이싱 관련 경험

  • Reasonable Level of English (업무상 높은 영어 활용 빈도)
