WATER QUALITY PLATFORM

Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)

Essential Functions

  • Full time work in HACH Korea solution center in Gimpo-si, Gyeoggi-do, Republic of Korea.

  • General support to customer, manager, technicians, Hach Korea colleagues who is related with.

  • Management of service log file for general service works.

  • Checking service log file by real time and share information with customer, manager, technicians, Hach Korea colleagues who is related with.

  • Coordination and arrangement of requested service issue to manager, technicians.

  • Waiting call from customer, channel partners for getting service issue.

  • Documents support (Quotation, bills, MSDS, insurance Etc.)

  • Registration of new customer, new supplier.

  • Communication with manager, technicians and other Hach Korea colleagues for service works.

Other Non-Essential Functions

  • Works with rest of territorial staff as a team to meet objectives.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

Background and Skills

  • Within 3 years' experience of repair work

  • Experience with MS Office programs

  • Experience in a commercial Service role with metric and monitored KPI performance preferred

  • Able to communicate fluently in Korean and handle basic conversations in English

ENVIRONMENT:

  • The work environment for this position if the Service Center (HACH KOREA SOLUTION CENTER) in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.

  • Documents work : Service Report, Insurance, Communication with Tech team, Quotation, Service Log file, CRM system, Manual work

  • Products point work : Certification, Presentation in Seminar or Training, Technical support to sales team and Channel partner, end customer

  • Must support to sales team, channel partners, end customer by e-mail, calling, visit Etc.

  • Additional task from manager and internal reason.

  • Attend face to face meeting in Seoul Office.

  • Weekly business report submission.

  • Must use efforts for learning products, applications, internal workflow.

  • Must consider efficiency of works always.

  • Communication with customer, channel partner, Hach Korea colleagues, Hach US and Hach internal people for working.

  • Management of service log file and CRM system with other service team people.

  • Attitudes for finding best solution and creation.

  • Shipment of service finished products.

  • Over once a month, attend meeting in Hach Korea main office.

  7. 하크코리아 솔루션센터에 입고된 제품의 수리 후 출고

  8. 문제해결, 유지보수, 설치, 시운전, 점검 등의 업무를 위한 고객사 현장 방문

  9. 견적서, 서비스리포트, 보증보험, 인증을 득하기 위한 전반적인 서류 업무

  10. 수리 완료된 제품에 대한 택배 접수 및 출고 업무

  11. 1개월 1회 이상 행사 및 미팅 참석의 목적으로 하크코리아 메인사무실 (서울 신사동) 출근
