WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently seeking a Senior NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) Partner who is prepared to tackle the challenge of developing Korea's first partner platform business from the ground up. The ideal candidate should be a passionate learner and proactive doer, possessing strong entrepreneurial skills to lead communications and action items.

This role will open up new opportunities for the brand to learn and engage with new consumers and develop innovative ways to connect with consumers in a highly competitive environment.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you are expected to lead daily 3PP (Third Party Platform) partner communications and plan and execute in-season plans partnered with x-functional teams and 3PP partners. You are also expected to analyze weekly business results, monitor KPIs and marketplace insights, and react to current business trends in the marketplace. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with 3PP partners to elevate consumer experiences and develop 13-week seasonal action plans with the 3PP Squad for season-relevant commercial and brand moments.

Lastly, you will track and follow through with season readiness, ensuring the right seasonal investment at the product level.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will sit in the NDDC Partners team, reporting to the Principal, NDDC Partner based in Korea. You will mainly work with Platform Partners for planning and executing action items in collaboration with NDDC Partner Squad. You will also partner with other functional teams to execute or resolve any platform business related items.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4+ years of experience in business, planning or analytics area

  • Proficiency in analytics, including the ability to derive valuable insights and applying findings, as well with creative planning skills.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to juggle between the details and big picture.

  • Team player with experience in working collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.

  • Comfortable with a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of consumer signals into strategy, planning, and execution.
