Description

  1. Marketing planning for salon

  • Develop and execute new product launches in line with brand and global strategy

  • Execution of monthly/annual marketing programs in line with brand’s goals

  • Monitor progress, analyze results and proactively offer mitigation solutions to achieve targets

  1. Salon product management

  • New product file updates

  • Price list update/phase out & new product update

  • Excess management

  1. Offline salon engagement events

  • Plan and execute salon engagement events such as seminars, new product educations, conferences, hair shows, etc.

  • Plan and execute high-touch experiences to engage salon partners

  1. Omni channel growth strategy

  • Develop relevant programs to elevate salon artists to serve as brand ambassadors in digital

  • Explore new marketing and communication initiatives to increase Aveda salon visibility in digital

  1. Field intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity and share learning points with the team

  • Gather new product & marketing communication insights

Qualifications

• Education

  • University-level education

• Experiences

  • At least 4 years of experience similar position in the retail or consumer goods in MNC is preferred

• Functional Competencies

  • Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)

  • Strategic and analytical approach

  • Knowledge of the hair salon channel in Korea

  • Relevant salon marketing experience preferred
