Job title: Quality Manager

Role Summary:

This is a Commercial Quality role, and it is part of the Central Quality Team for International Region. The role has a dual function:

1- Ensure adequate connection between International Region Central, and the 14 geographical Zones.

2- Support local Zones in processes and/or planning required to achieve ISO certifications in>50 sites.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

The role will cover all areas of Quality Management, with particular focus on one or more of the following:

• Audit planning and preparation.

• Administrative part of change management.

• Performance management.

• Supports the MS-QMS Owner and the Management Representative in defining the MS-QMS Strategy.

• Monitors the progress of MS-QMS Planning and related activities.

• Secures adherence to MS-QMS processes and procedures.

• Determines PEPF version release (global content updates) plans.

• Manages Intracompany Quality Agreements (ICQA).

• Manages certification of the MS-QMS (when applicable) and liaises with Certification Partners as needed including reporting Substantial changes to the MS-QMS.

• Assesses MS-QMS Risks and Opportunities.

• Assembles relevant reports and data for input to Management Review.

• Provides guidance for documented information retention and archival for regulatory compliance and/or business reasons.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Min 2-3 years in Quality, or in a Commercial function within a highly regulated industry.

• Technical knowledge of ISO 13485 is appreciated, but it is not required
