Hyatt [Grand Hyatt Seoul] Culinary Coordinator (사원) in SEOUL, South Korea
Description:
Maintains all recipe files for the Culinary Operations in English and Korean.
Prepares the relevant materials for all meetings attended by the Culinary team in English and Korean.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned such as Kronos scheduling, Mate program, assistance for Executive Chef, etc.
Support chefs with paper documentation (hotel hygiene, etc)
Qualifications:
Experience in Hospitality industry is preferred
Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English and Korean
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to provide customer service with outgoing personality
Advanced understandings of basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Eligible to work 9-6 on weekdays
Bright personality with supportive attitude
