Description:

To assist the Director of Finance in managing the department, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Accounting & Finance and Information Systems policies and procedures, operation and administration.

Qualifications:

• 다음과 같은 주요 직무에서4개 이상의 경험 보유:매입 계정(AP),매출 계정(AR),신용 관리,수익 감사,원가 관리/감사,급여 관리(Paymaster),구매.

• 급여 관리(Paymaster)역할의 경험 우대,급여 및 직원 보상 관리 전문성 보유.

• 학습 의지가 강하며,직원 교육 및 성장에 대한 열정 보유.

• AICPA또는 기타 공인 회계 자격증과 같은 추가 자격증 소지자 우대.

Hotel Finance Professional Profile

• Holds Korean Identity Card.

• Over 10–15 years of extensive experience in the hotel industry, specializing in finance and accounting.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Comprehensive experience across more than four key positions: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit Management, Income Audit, Cost Control/Audit, Paymaster, and Purchasing.

• Preferred experience in the Paymaster role, showcasing expertise in payroll and employee compensation management.

• Strong eagerness to learn and a passion for the training and professional development of associates.

• Additional credentials, such as AICPA or other recognized accounting certifications, are highly valued.
