What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for managing and monitoring on-time delivery for all customers in order to satisfy them through working closely with the sales team. Furthermore, this position is acting as the first point of contact for billing duties, ensuring all invoices are verified and sent to customers in a timely manner, evaluating customer requests, and handling orders, deliveries, and complaints. And it is crucial to monitor the production status and schedule of each order daily to ensure an accurate sales forecast.

  • Responsible for Operations coordinating of local warehouse management, coordinating daily operations, managing schedule to ensure timely completion of projects, communicating with staff and management, monitoring & analyzing operational performance.

  • Acting as the first point of contact of customers.

  • Evaluating customer requests, tendering documents and recommending suitable products to meet customer specifications.

  • Handling customer inquiries on stock availability, order and delivery status and expediting the production schedule to meet customer request date.

  • Assisting customers with analysis of application requirements. Coordinating information flow with factory engineering as necessary to meet customer’s special requirements.

  • Receiving, reviewing for accuracy of pricing and technical data and processing of customer orders.

  • Preparing technical project proposals and pricing quotations with delivery and credit terms to customers. Negotiating pricing with vendors and distributors. Seek sales manager’s guidance for special circumstances.

  • Preparing documents to ensure goods are delivered according to incoterms, including managing customs clearance and shipping documents and preparing necessary documentation and discuss of wording agreement for bank guarantee.

  • Evaluating customer requests for product failure replacements and coordinating with factory as necessary, for amicable resolution.

  • Filing of quotations and sales orders processed.

  • Reporting order & sales forecast/shipment/project status.

  • Manage warehouse to keep our goods on safe environment (security and natural environment impact)

  • Based on shipment plan to arrange goods receiving, storage, packing and shipment and update SAP system to keep physical is consist with system.

  • Support customer FAT (Goods movement, packing or re-package)

  • Regular cycle counting to make sure accuracy level.

  • Manage warehouse employees based on Eaton and local policy.

  • Communicate with stakeholders on warehouse related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • More than 8 years' experience in EPC/Shipyard or related industries in project-based would be preferred.

  • Multiple years’ experience in managing customer requirements, better in manufacturing industry.

  • Good English skill both in written and spoken.

  • SAP knowledge.

  • Excellent skill in MS Office.

  • Good communication/negotiation skills.

  • Multi-tasking and time management ability.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
