Amazon Business Operation Manager, Global Selling Korea in Seoul, South Korea

Description

Amazon Global Selling KR is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Operation Manager (Special focus on registration experience and funnel management). This role will mainly won the domain of 'Seller Registration' and support Korean Sellers achieve success on Amazon's global marketplaces, focusing on improving the seller facing registration and onboarding experience, collaborating with global marketplaces team's counterparts to resolve frictions/issues.

The successful candidate will perform deep dive to derive analytical insights from the funnel data, develop plans to drive registration education content, drive programs that improve registration experience and performance.

They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will also deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.

Key job responsibilities

Core Responsibilities of this role:

1) Streamline the registration of mass self-registered sellers by owning overall registration experience

2) Educate and nurture sellers via mass email campaigns or online seminars

3) Understand Sellers’ pain points and gather business requirements to create innovative solutions for Sellers to launch at scale on Amazon marketplaces worldwide (Especially in US Marketplace - also known as Amazon.com)

4) Monitor Sellers' prelaunch experience via funnel data, identify issues/drivers throughout the registration and onboarding process by deep diving data

5) Establish connections with Amazon global marketplaces global product and program teams to support changes designed and implementation to make those programs live.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of working experience mainly focused on Program/Product Management or Business Operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced in generating, analyzing data for business insight and build action items based upon the data interpretation

  • Experienced in fully owning product/program

  • Experienced with quantitative analytic skillset by leveraging multiple data tools
