Purpose of Role

Responsible for UA eCommerce content and merchandising in Korea; manage brand/product content, promotion pages, product detail pages, and on-hand inventory; develop strategies for product upselling and cross-selling to improve on-site conversions; plan and supervise local model/product shoots; collaborate with the planning team on pre-season buying and in-season promotion assortment plans.

Your Impact

  • Align with the Go-To-Market calendar to create a comprehensive content plan.

  • Oversee site operations, optimize product pages, and develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Ensure timely product and content launches in alignment with global launch dates.

  • Maintain online visibility of UA products by regularly overseeing product status and categorizing products bi-seasonally.

  • Enhance user experience by optimizing website navigation and each touchpoint of the user journey.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase conversion rates.

  • Develop main page strategies based on sell-out data and buying patterns.

  • Collaborate with the planning team on promotion assortment plans.

  • Strategize and deliver plans for managing dead stock.

  • Monitor competitors’ brand sites to understand trends, generate ideas, and execute strategies.

  • Compile and analyze merchandising data to provide recommendations.

  • Identify and analyze user behavior using web analytics to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient communication skills in both English and Korean.

  • Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Fashion, Sports, or Computer Science.

  • Experience of less than 1 year is a plus (internship experience preferred).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (preferred but not mandatory).
