UL, LLC Administrative Assistant II (Executive Assistant to Managing Director) in Seoul, South Korea

Executive Support:

  • Schedules and coordinates all activities, including meetings, travel, and car services.

  • Manages highly sensitive information with discretion and tact.

  • Greets and manages visiting members and guests.

  • Produces meeting summaries and tracks priority projects and board memberships.

  • Liaises with internal and external stakeholders

  • Handles business finances, reconciles expenses, and manages financial records.

  • Collaborates with the G&A team on various projects.

    Travel, Meeting, and Event Support:

  • Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and passport renewals.

  • Organizes local and overseas meetings, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

  • Facilitates visa applications and logistics for international visitors.

  • Manages communications and prioritizes urgent matters during the MD's absence.

  • Coordinates various events, conferences, and training sessions.

  • Manages complex calendars and schedules.

  • Assists HR and G&A teams in planning company-wide events.

  • Handles purchasing for office supplies and MD-led events and activities.

  • Provides support to overseas executives, including visa and logistical arrangements.

  • Collaborates with HR on employee engagement initiatives, such as town halls.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a C-suite executive.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
