Customer Quality Engineer in SAM(Safety and Motion) WBS(Wheel Brake Solutions) Korea

• Quality management for WBS product (Passenger vehicle wheel brake)

• Development project quality securing

• Submitting the required PPAP documents and samples to customer and customer approval acquisition

• Project safe launch support

• Change report preparation (Design / 4M), submission and customer approval acquisition

• On-site analysis for customer plant complaint, report preparation and submission

• Executing containment action

• Return part collecting, analyzing and reporting

• Customer warranty monitoring and On-line/off line trouble shooting consultation to customer

• Quality KPI tracking, reporting

• Customer quality improvement activity support

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering

• More than 3 years experience in automotive industry

• Experience in Quality or Engineering

• Good English communication (written, verbal)

• Fluent Korean communication
