As a Maintenance Systems Administrator you will LEAD by……….

  • Utilizing your knowledge of SAP as it relates to plant maintenance, you will direct efforts for system administration and help shared services by leading continuous improvement and problem resolution.

  • Acting as the Technical Expert role leading training efforts for ERP system administration, Data management and use.

  • Supporting the TES Organization as the subject matter expert for all SAP related transactions, activities and reporting for Plant Maintenance, Technical Purchasing and TAR support.

  • Actively participating in decision making regarding contract services with site support vendors.

  • Acting as a site expert on SAP S4/Hana which includes master data and systems optimization.

  • Bring the Site and ECMS P2P: Requisitioner Key User

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process simplification and improving data effectiveness.

  • Collaborating on cross functional teams to improve SAP based functions and performance.

  • Directing approval levels and escalations for site support requisitions and purchasing and invoice reconciliation

  • Leading and directing Technical Procurement in support of TES activities.

  • Supporting the finance team with changes and cost reporting errors.

  • Providing allocations for maintenance labor and equipment expenses.

  • Interacting with vendors, outside contractors and internal customers from production, maintenance, administration, and services areas.

  • Generating and analyzing Maintenance KPI’s.

  • Maintaining Equipment Files on Network and Equipment Library including Functional Location Data including calibration records.

  • Supporting Payroll Input for TES

Your elements for success……

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent required with at least 5 years of related experience within a Manufacturing Environment; OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in a coordinator role within a manufacturing environment, Asset Management / Maintenance experience will be a strong plus.

  • Excellent skills collaborating with all levels within the site operations and support functions.

  • Solid experience in purchasing or finance.

  • Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and excellent math skills.

  • Demonstrated SAP or equivalent ERP intermediate or advanced user experience.

  • Communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Must be able to lift to forty pounds.

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
