What We Are Looking For:

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media to join our Homes.com Marketing team based in Richmond, VA. As Senior Manager, Social Media, you will be responsible for managing all B2C and B2B social media strategy and content.

This position is located in Richmond, VA and offers the following hybrid schedule option:

  • 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and implement comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business goals, positioning Homes.com as the marketplace that helps real estate agents sell more homes faster.

  • Manage and review all day-to-day content for Homes.com across all social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok and YouTube.

  • Support social content creative development process by collaborating across internal teams, providing input on content needed, submitting content creation requests and managing delivery of content from copy through concept and creative design.

  • Develop and execute marketing and social-first campaigns including paid, organic and influencer social promotions and/or sweepstakes, partnerships and trade events.

  • Measure and report on all campaigns for Homes.com on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.

  • Publish stories for employee social media advocacy tool daily.

  • Stay abreast of competitive land

  • cape and industry benchmarks to continually refine and elevate our social media approach.

  • Identify key trends, emerging platforms and technologies to stay ahead in the social media landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or similar discipline from an accredited, not-for-profit university.

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, managing teams of individual contributors

  • 10+ years of relevant social media or digital marketing experience with known B2C and B2B brand(s), preferably in the residential real estate and/or technology industries.

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Employee Advocacy, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, X Ads Manager, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Organized with a strong attention to detail, knows how to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Team player who is collaborative, positive, and proactive with constructive attitude towards problem solving. Experience in InDesign, Photoshop, Canva or other graphic software a plus.

  • Experience with Asana or similar work management platform a plus.

  • Agency experience a plus.

  • Leadership and management skills, including the ability to prioritize and control workload of a team, coaching, and mentoring on professional development.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, copywriting and proofreading skills.
