START DATE: 8/5/24 (MUST BE THIS DATE NON NEGOTABLE)

MUST HAVE UP TO DATE HARD COPY OF STATE LICENSE (WALL DIAPLOMA) and RTO prior to moving to Submittal status

WILL ACCEPT COMPACT NURSES

THE FACILITY DOES NOT CLEAR ANYONE UNTIL THEY HAVE A FULL CRED PACKET, WILL BE AUTO ACCEPTED WHEN FULL CRED PACKET IS RECIEVED
