This role will lead I2M Analytics to support the regional PMR agenda & drive accolade adoption. It will closely work with Regional & BU PCDMs and cross-functional teams to provide information and analytics to support the region growth agenda. The role will also support the regional PCDMs to drive the monthly MOR/PMR process.

This role will also support the GSCP lane activation process, working closely with the GSCP Business Process Owner and relevant business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

I2M Analyst : The AMEA I2M Analyst will work across Categories & BUs in the AMEA region to support data analysis and process improvement, to deliver business growth through an improved and optimised i2m process and delivery.

  1. Lead Data Analytics for I2M
  • Analytics of region and BU Innovation Portfolio data to drive discussion on portfolio quality, sufficiency and identify improvement opportunities

  • Analytics of i2m process data on project lead time, on-time performance, waste etc.

  • Monthly analysis and governance of Accolade data quality

  • Accolade Adoption metrics

  1. Work with Region and BU PCM and Cross-functional teams to drive i2m process improvements

  2. MOR PMR Governance: Support the monthly MOR and PMR process governance, ensuring timely approvals, discussion and deck preparations

  3. i2M Digitisation: Support creation and roll-out of new BI reports and digital tools to enable process simplification and improvement

  4. Process benchmarking between BUs to help identify opportunities to harmonise and drive improvement

  5. BU wise SKU data to support SKU Rationalisation

  6. Provide updates to stakeholders as needed on regional i2m and portfolio performance

VAN Lane Coordination

• Support the VAN Lane creation and management process: Working alongside the PCM/Sales community to ensure timely creation of new VAN lanes from initiation to activation, testing and validation

• Issue Resolution - Help the BU teams in VAN Lane related Trouble-shooting

More about this role

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Understanding of MDLZ I2M process

  • Basic Understanding of MDLZ Supply Chain processes

  • Understanding of SAP and ITS

  • Excellent Data Management & Analytics

  • Ability to gather insights and have a continuous improvement mindset

  • Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management
