Description and Requirements
Overview:
We’re looking for a Technical Analyst to help manage and improve our eCommerce systems that support both B2C and B2B customers. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a tech-driven environment. You’ll work closely with the team to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support ongoing improvements to our online applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the product roadmap and help ensure it aligns with business goals.
Gather and document business requirements for eCommerce systems.
Collaborate with different teams to help design and improve online applications.
Work with business users to break down complex processes into simple, actionable tasks (user stories).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and help identify areas for improvement.
Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of eCommerce platforms and work on troubleshooting any issues.
Qualifications:
A strong interest in IT development, business processes, and eCommerce systems.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Basic understanding of how online applications work is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
