Robert Half Account Coordinator in Secaucus, New Jersey

Description We are in search of a meticulous and proficient Customer Service Representative to be part of our team in Secaucus, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be primarily tasked with handling customer credit applications, managing inventory blocks, holds and allocations, and interfacing with sales representatives who manage accounts. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary action to collect delinquent payments

• Work closely with credit, sales delivery teams to ensure smooth operations

• Manage vendors such as Cosco, Walmart for effective ticket management

• Research and resolve complex issues requiring a high level of attention to detail

• Use SAP for contract creation and data entry tasks

• Offer excellent customer service in a call center setting

• Use retail e-commerce skills to enhance customer service delivery. Requirements • Proficient in Data Entry operations with high accuracy and speed.

• Experience with SAP software for efficient data management and workflow.

• Proven experience in a Call Center Customer Service role, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Retail E-Commerce, understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational level.

• Professional attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
