Job Description
Leader of a dynamic team tasked with the facilitation, communication, and execution of projects focused on system administration and data management support. Represents the Integrated Solutions team on the NWPS leadership team, working with business leaders to identify and prioritize system and product-related development needs. Point of contact for several vendor relationships. Tasked with understanding current industry offerings and legislative updates. Primary communication contact for system-related notifications across the firm. Reports to the president of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Partners with cross-site leadership to identify firm-wide priorities; ensure team executes work timely
Maintain firm-wide technology roadmap.
Hire, train, and supervise team members.
Ensure the team is cross-trained, works efficiently, and maintains up-to-date reference materials for seamless hand-offs, and resource transparency.
Evaluates and identifies ways to automate, streamline, and improve day-to-day maintenance and administrative practices with input from business partners.
Review vendor relationships. Approve billing and annual team budgeting.
Skills:
The ideal candidate has knowledge of the following:
Retirement Plan concepts, administration practices, and regulations.
FIS Recordkeeping systems (OMNI and Relius)
Familiarity with file transfer protocols, MoveIT, SQL, VBA, scripting, HTML, Crystal Report writer or Tableau, Smartsheet, Power Automate
Investment concepts
Application and web technologies.

Education
Bachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science
Work Experience
Manager Experience - 10 to 15 years
Certifications
Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) - The American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA)
Salary Range
$175,000.00-$190000.00
