KaVo Dental Technologies, LLC. Territory Sales Manager (Western Region) in Seattle, Washington
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals for assigned product lines within an assigned territory to existing and potential new customers by partnering with our distributors and end users. Position Description / Main Responsibilities and Tasks: Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals. Build advocacy with dealer partners to drive customer acquisition and growth in existing accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the territory to become a trusted advisor. Daily use of CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory. Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales and marketing efforts. Manage assigned geographical territory within the allocated expense budget. Participate in local trade shows and company meetings as appropriate. Maintains existing and develops new relationships with key customers and dental equipment/merchandise dealers. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent dental industry experience 2+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience Valid driver's license Candidate must live in the territory Preferred Requirements: 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience, in a commission-driven role Prior dental industry experience Completion of formalized sales training courses Demonstrated ability to digest, comprehend, and verbalize technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products Behavior-Based Items/Competencies: Act with Integrity Customer Focused Metric Driven Self Aware, Approachable, & Composed Action & Priority Oriented Deals with Ambiguity Strong Business Acumen Problem-Solving Skills .
