As a talent acquisition professional, you'll advise and partner with hiring managers and business leaders to source, screen and hire the best and the brightest to design, test, manufacture and launch reusable spaceflight systems. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required! Ability to be on site at a Blue Origin location 4 days per week is required. Responsibilities Own the full cycle recruiting process across highly technical engineering roles, from initial application to the new hire's first day Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor, owning job posting and advertisement Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; build and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates and assessment strategies with hiring managers Develop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen, and present to hiring teams. Collaborate with, mentor, and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and participate in prioritising discussions, weekly tag-ups, and candidate debriefs Prepare status reports and lead update meetings on active searches Dive deep with an inquisitive approach into the technical requirements of job requisitions Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in years of relevant recruiting experience 5+ years of full cycle in-house recruiting experience Specialization in recruiting for at least one of the following skill sets: Structural Engineering, Fluid Systems Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering. Proactive and professional communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and advise business leaders Demonstrated success actively sourcing talent using a variety of platforms and methods Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum Preferred Qualifications: CIR, ACIR, or similar industry certifications Recruiting or technical experience in Manufacturing, Space, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Technology, Aviation industries Workday applicant tracking system proficiency Experience managing exempt and nonexempt positions Developed candidate pipelines in the engineering skill sets listed above Compensation Range for: CO applicants is $99,330.00-$139,062.00;WA applicants is $108,360.00-$151,704.00 Other site ranges may differ Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the requisition is closed.
