Job Title: Technical Program ManagerJob Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with a focus on Reliability Test Engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical or hardware skills, along with experience in reliability and chamber testing. This role involves testing at the spacecraft level, and we are looking for someone with a background in Aerospace, rather than manufacturing. The project is positioned between NPI (New Product Introduction) and manufacturing phases.
Responsibilities
Conduct reliability testing at the spacecraft level.
Utilize expertise in vacuum chambers and atomic chambers.
Operate and manage HAAS equipment.
Work closely with system engineering teams across multiple sites.
Coordinate and perform in-person meetings at both Redmond sites and the Kirkland factory.
Adapt to changing gears and priorities within the project.
Essential Skills
Experience with HAAS equipment.
Proficiency in hardware and electrical testing.
Strong background in reliability testing.
Experience with camera systems.
Aerospace industry experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to manage tasks across multiple locations.
Strong adaptability to changing project priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
The role involves working at multiple locations, including Redmond and the Kirkland factory. Most of the test chambers are located in Kirkland, where parking can be challenging. The candidate must be comfortable with in-person meetings and adaptable to frequent changes in project priorities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $88.00/hr.
