We work together towards addressing structural barriers in the workforce across race, class, and gender. We provide rigorous research and evaluation, and results-driven technical assistance and training throughout the United States at all levels of the system. Our work focuses on: Career and technical education Postsecondary education Workforce policy and programs Adult learning Human capital solutions Individuals with disabilities This position will play a key role in supporting workforce projects at the regional, state, and national levels. They will gather information and data on best practices, assist with information tracking, and support project work at the local, state, and national levels. Responsibilities The responsibilities for the position include: Contribute to project deliverables, technical assistance projects and events on a variety of workforce-related projects Assist with the coordination of project plans and business development projects Review, analyze, and synthesize information and/or data using appropriate practices and techniques Identify and synthesize research on evidence-based practices for workforce systems Communicate effectively with external clients at varying levels with diverse backgrounds Qualifications Education, Knowledge, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a field such as public policy, sociology, public administration, social work, psychology, or education Knowledge and interest in one or more of the following areas: workforce development, human capital, adult learning, post-secondary education, workforce innovations, individuals with disabilities and/or workforce policy and regulations Experience translating research into practice for diverse audiences in both virtual and in
