Description Supervisor Retail (314359) Supervisor supports and contributes to creating and maintaining the Starbucks Experience for customers through frontline/hands-on execution of daily store operations Ensures that customers receive prompt service, quality beverages, and products. Maintains a safe, secure, clean, and comfortable store environment. Sets and communicates daily goals with store staff to meet or exceed targets. Oversees daily key performance results and operational metrics; may assist with procurement, inventory, and labor management or other tracking and reporting functions. Diploma or GED National Serv-Safe Manager Certification required within ninety (90) days of hire. National Food Handlers Permit/Card - State, County, City Authority upon hire. First Aid AED Certification required within ninety (90) days of hire. 4 years Extensive retail and food service experience. 2 years Leadership experience including orientation, training, coaching and scheduling. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Food, Nutrition Services, Business, Operations, or related field. 2 years Supervisor experience including staff hiring, development & performance evaluations Why Join Providence?
