This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 2-3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Supervisor, Client Reporting is responsible for supervising a team which primarily supports the Institutional and Wealth Management sales channels with qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting. The position will require collaboration with multiple departments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

– Supervise the responsibilities and tasks of Analysts and allocate workloads appropriately.

– Prepare quarterly, monthly and ad hoc analysis and client reporting for institutional and\or wealth management clients. (Examples include net of fee performance calculations, country/sector weights reports, holdings, income & expense and transactions reports, etc.)

– Perform detailed review of client deliverables.

– Perform and communicate attribution analysis on accounts.

– Design, prepare and review custom client reports utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, Word and the Seismic reporting platform.

– Monitor all pending deadlines and ensure that deliverables are accurate and on time.

– Develop a full working knowledge of the firm's structure, key personnel and organizational policies and procedures, in addition to a functional knowledge of a professional services environment.

– Develop a specialized knowledge of all relevant Parametric products and strategies.

– Provide hands-on support, guidance and prioritization to team in unclear or ambiguous situations.

– Perform developmental functions including coaching/mentoring, performance appraisals, and development planning.

– Uphold department reputation through professionalism, accuracy, responsiveness and commitment to client service.

– Assume other responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements**

– 4-year degree, preferably in a related discipline such as economics, finance or marketing.

– 4 years of industry experience.

– 1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

– Strong leadership and supervisory skills and a passion for providing outstanding client service.

– Strong quantitative skills and analytical writing ability.

– Working knowledge of statistics and familiarity with the principles of portfolio management.

– Possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to handle a heavy, deadline-oriented workload.

– Ability to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous multiple-level projects and tasks with internal departments.

– High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.

– Must possess a high level of initiative.

– Strong Excel skills.

– Familiar with Factset, Bloomberg and other analysis tools.

– Experience writing VBA a plus.

– High attention to detail.

– Completion of Level I or higher of the CFA program a plus.

Salary range for the position: [$70,000 - $150,000] Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
