Amazon Sr. Program Manager, XLDS ACES in Seattle, Washington
Description
AMXL Last Mile Aces is seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader that will partner across multiple AMXL support teams, AMZL Change Management (CM) and DSP Change Management to define the Change Management Strategy for AMXL Last Mile. This person will drive the strategy for CM, work with multiple stakeholders and drive Change Adoption and standardization for the XLDS network. This person will create a pilot governance program, they will be responsible for hosting a monthly CM review with L8 leaders and create a Change Communications plan.
AMXL ACES is a Program Management team, responsible for the ideation & integration of operator tools, quality performance initiatives, manager gas tank and network scaling mechanisms into the XLDS Network. The team is focused on providing solutions that positively impact daily execution and shape the forward looking vision of the network. This leader will work closely with station operators to drive systematic change and drive standardization.
Key job responsibilities
Drive Change Adoption for the XLDS network
Create the CM strategy for AMXL Last Mile
Create a pilot governance mechanism to track changes
Host a monthly CM review with L8 leaders to review upcoming changes
Create a partnership with AMZL/DSP/RSR/Flex CM in order to create last mile parity
Use a methodical method to create a communications mechanism for the AMXL Last Mile network
Partner with Ops and AMZL Ops Excellence to build out a manager gas tank
Partner with multiple AMXL Stakeholders to drive accountability with using the CM process and comms process
Act as a subject matter expert in START
Own the CM process from end to end.. Identify ways to innovate, metrics to track, driving adoption, driving change
Drive network level excellence by designing and implementing systems, metrics and programs that maximize compliance and continuous improvement.
Review, refine, measure and improve process workflows for the XLDS Network
About the team
The AMXL Last Mile ACES XLX (XL Experience team) is responsible for identifying where there are opportunities for improving tech and processes within the AMXL last mile network in order to deliver higher quality at lower cost. This team will provide programmatic support toward aspects unique to AMXL while also partnering with AMZL ACES to achieve parity support. This team focuses on driving standardization and process improvements across the XLDS network.
Basic Qualifications
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
